I hope you do not have to replace the backing plates.
I assume you have rear disc brakes with parking brake shoe kit, in hat.
What exactly is the problem? Are the rivets broken or rusted out, please explain.

car has been crashed on drivers side rear tire . and that part is completely broken where you attach handbrake shoes.
old axle is replaced with new one.
and "backing plate" part what i mean is supposed to be installed on those 4 bolts
