Hello! I have a 2010 liberty limited. I would like to swap in a steering wheel from 2011-2012 because I like the look better but I can’t find any info on it or if anyone has completed this before.

so I’m asking if anyone has done this before or has any info on how to? My main concern is the steering wheels controls wether or not they are plug in play.

thanks I’m advance.

I know nothing about the KK steering wheel. You may need to remove your existing one and go to breaker yards to look for the type you want and make comparisons. Probably just switches going down to the PCM, cruise control, audio etc.

But rule #1 before you touch the steering wheel is to disconnect the battery and tie the Red battery lead to the Blue battery lead for 20 minutes to discharge any capacitance....you do not want the Airbags to go off while you are working in that area!

Also make sure you do not mess with the clock-spring...it is set up in a certain position with a few turns wound up in one direction...move the clock-spring and it could snap!;)
