kj lift

So i finally decided to lift the kj and im in information overload from scrubbing through threads i am in between on the ome hd and medium and not sure if i should go with ome or bilstein. I primarily use the jeep as a daily driver but also use on the property for hauling trailers and dragging the occasional tree out of the woods. What im looking for is a comfortable ride for the wife with the capability for some heavy loads and more clearance.

927/948 springs
shocks depends on what you like bilstein or OME
both ride about the same
nothing ******* coming up with what you want

With that being said is the brake line relocation needed with this lift?

Well, if we knew what year you have it would help to answer this question, up to 05 no, 06-07 yes , easy to make, takes two minutes
if you are going this route we can provide what shocks to look for

So i have a 05 limited and i am looking at the following:
Bilstein 24-139168 front
Bilstein 24-185660 rear
ARB 2927 front
ARB 2948 rear
As found on another thread, was going to go through jba but everything seems to be out of stock. Found everything on Amazon so far the only thing im unsure of now is the correct part numbers for front and rear bump stops, as far as ive read they are needed to prevent stacking of the coils.

I found the front bump stops now i just need the rear i have seen the 2 hockey puck method but wanted something with a bit more give. Also should i replace the rear upper one while im at it?

Unless the stock rest bump stop is worn or falling apart leave it in place and add the hockey pucks. That way you retain the stock bottom out squish but just move it in the proper place to work with the lift.

Trust us, the hockey pucks are what you want and need, they do not, DO NOT have to have more give, you DO NOT want them to have more give even !!
