Thanks for the reply. Just got back from driving the crap out of it. It never stalled, but did notice a slight stumble a couple of times at stoplights. My thoughts are leaning towards fuel related as well. I was thinking it could be a weak battery, but I dont think that's the case. It was -4F this morning and she fired right up. Hopefully some of the 07 owners have some ideas
I've not had that issue yet my 07 just replaced fuel pump. Sounds like an air/ fuel mixture issue, like other post maybe a sensor. Sorry not much help there

Did a little more research. I'm thinking ntk makes the mopar O2 sensors not denso. That's what I put in. Also the other ones are ntk. I took my liberty back to the shop. They just called and said all the grounds look good. They are telling me the cpm could be the problem. I was afraid of that. Would it be worth having the cpm rebuilt? If not what other options do I have?

I don't know what that would cost, but if it was a lot of money I'd want more to go on than "could be the problem".
Yes I agree. I'm just getting tired of driving it after a repair and everything seems fine. Then the next time I get in it another sensor goes out. Another option I have is to replace all the O2 sensors. Then hope that solves the problem. I guess that may be the best route. On the other hand, I rarely name my vehicles. This liberty has earned one. MONEY PIT

I can recommend a great guy if you want a second opinion. It can take a week or so to get in to but he has a mechanic that knows the 3.7 very well.

HatterMT, I would be in for a second opinion of a guy that knows these engines. J4 is a great group of people, nothing against them.

Well if it's a money pit then maybe time to replace the money pit with something else. I had a pick-up that was like that, every time turned around had to buy something for it.

I'm not ready to throw in the towel yet.It has to be a simple solution. All the problems have got to be originating in the same place. It's not mechanical. When all the electrical components are working as they should, it runs and shifts great. I just have to keep plugging away. I have a 2013 GMC duramax. It went into limp mode. After a couple of frustrating days I figured out the heater in the DEF tank was defective. I replaced that and it's been fine ever since. That was over a year ago. As it turns out. This a common problem with the duramax. What I'm saying, someone somewhere has had this issue with a liberty. I think my next step is going to be research. Ask questions bounce ideas off smarter people than myself. I will find the answer..

I agree with J4, no issues there. My recommendation is Iwen Automotive in MT City. Ken Iwen is a great guy and has good mechanics, my family has used him for years. I know there have been times when he could have charged me more than he did because of a simple fix when I expected more. So I trust him. Maybe give them a call and ask for Ken, tell him what's going on.

Okay cool well I sure hope you find the issue . The PCM ( like the brain) is from what I seen is fairly easy and fairly cheap disconnect the battery, unplug the old, plug in new, wait about 10 minutes then reconnect the battery.

I called Ken. He said very unlikely it's the pcm. That's good. Turns out I used to work with Ken at the old dodge dealer in town. Had I known he was on his own I would have talked to him sooner. I plan on messing around with it a little more. If I get know where I will schedule an appointment with him. Hes two weeks out. Thanks

Awesome! That's the only downside, he's 2 weeks out. But I think it's a good sign. I'm just impatient sometimes. Good luck!
