I just bought a 2004 liberty, had to trailer it 240 miles home because the transmission is toast (I knew beforehand). Been installing the rebuild trans today. Already changed the steering rack and pump while the transmission was out being worked on.

Don't forget ATF+4 is the correct trans fluid to use.
Also a ATF+4 in the power steering pump/reservoir.
