Someone did a fantastic job outlining how to remove the wheel flares in a thread. DOes anyone know where that thread might be?

With thanks

Nope... I know it's around somewhere...

But I've had good luck removing them by spinning out on black ice and hitting guardrails at 25mph. That's done the trick twice now.

Dirtiest the one installation instructions for the Safari snorkel, I believe at some point it tells you how to remove them ( The front ones at least) I'm sure it's just drilling or cutting the fender lining rivets and pulling them off.

Didn't Myke do a thread about removing his flares, which were attached with speedclips, and replacing them with functioning allen screws?
