Interesting. Wonder if that would solve a few more issues. Still have my whirring noise on the one and slight vibes on the other.
Didn’t know you guys took those weights off the rear end either. Each time I did the Y link extenders or upper arm - I re installed them.

My 04s was removed early 05 about 4-5 months after I bought it new. deballed over 200,000 miles, the 03 was a week after I bought it as well

Zero washers is as low as the pinion goes with the bracket in that orientation. That's how I run it, and the pinion is still high. If its vibrating, I can't tell. The pinion needs to come down to have the 'ideal' equal & opposite angles depicted in your first post.

I debated attaching it to the *front* side of the cast bracket, and then shimming it with 2-3 washers, but haven't had enough time to play with it.

I haven't updated my post to show the latest washer stack with Zero (vs 3 that I show in my picture.) I totally know what you mean by attaching it to the front of the cast bracket! I was tempted to try it, as it seems in the right direction, but may also be too much. So, same here.....When I get time.

If I sum up this topic, it's necessary to remove the weight of disk on the rear drive shaft to delete totaly all vibrations ?

No I would never do it,
it seems its worked on one ,
but covering another issue I suspect
We've done over 55 KJ lifts here, no issues with vibrations, never removed that weight
