Update: WP is leaking and spraying coolant on to the tstat housing and other places. Guess that would explain it.

I did the worm clamps in the spring, no problems all summer. The minute it started getting chilly overnight (arizona...) I'm coming out to a small puddle on the ground under the lower hose about once a week. Aggravating, cause it also ends up with gurgling in my system.
