Misfire and roughness help

I'm getting a rough idle (and sometimes in reverse/drive, but not always), and multiple engine codes.

Problem came out of nowhere and is most prevalent as the engine warms up.

Codes list:
P0132
P0300
P0303

I have gotten P0314, P0137,P0138 in the past. I replaced all O2 sensors and those haven't returned.

I've also changed spark plugs this weekend and still no improvement.

Check the ignition coil in cylinder number 3 middle passenger side if I remember, start the engine unplug the coil pack and check for a drop in RPM if no drop happens change coil in cylinder 3 to cylinder 1, and cylinder 1 to cylinder 3 and unplug again, if the misfire (no drop in RPM) moves to cylinder 1 that means the coil is bad and you need a new one, test the other coils the same way.

I'll give that a shot tomorrow. Anything else to consider? It's such a random thing that I'm not sure it is the coil. I had codes from both cylinder 3 and 5, but at different times.

Which spark plugs exactly did you install? Check the gap?

How many miles are on the Jeep?
The coil packs fire hot and I replaced them all as a good tune up item. Mopar ones are the best, Standards UF-270 work ok too.

Those are exactly the ones I used, with the factory gap specs. Jeep currently is sitting at about 91k. I don't mind doing coils if it'll solve the issue, I just want to know it is the issue before spending that sort of money. I'll move the number 3 coil and see if the code moves with the coil.

I've always just used NTK. I know Bosch don't behave real well in these KJs. Not sure about Denso or Delphi. Maybe someone else has experience with these.

Bosch O2's and Mopar do not play well together.

NKT or OEM are the best option. As far as Denso and Delphi O2's, I have no experience those.

Try flipping the coils like said and see what happens then.

I ran some seafoam in it Sunday night, and it's seemed to run a little bit better so far this week. I get a little sputtering when I first start driving, but once I've backed out of my driveway it seems alright. I'm wondering if there could be a fuel delivery issue (fuel filter, clogged injector, etc)?

I'm going to put the two older upstream injectors back in to see if that actually solves the issue being that the reputation of the ones I have are unknown in the Liberty.

Fixed it for you. I think that would be worth a shot since no one seems to know if that brand is ok. Might be a long shot but might as well try it.

Darn, That was a mistake. Surprised I didn't catch that.

I didn't get around to changing them back last night. I'll change the sensors back tomorrow evening and see if it's back to normal.

Put the stock upstream sensors in and drove about 40-50 miles. Seems to be fixed. I guess Delphi o2 sensors don't agree with the Liberty.

Give it some time to see if the codes come back, but sounds like we may have an answer.

I'm in the same boat. Replaced all the plugs and coils and still getting a transient 03 cylinder misfire, that is usually only pending(doesn't light the CEL, but my OBDII reader picks it up), and only when the coolant temp is below 80F and maybe 1x per week. There's no real Rhyme or Reason. It isn't necessarily when I put $20 in, usually a day or so after, and sometimes when it's been sitting overnight(dead cold) and sometimes when I'm starting it up after only 7 hours parked after work(usually 70F). I've only had an O2 sensor 2-3 weeks ago when I drove through a huge puddle, but no other times.
