What is the difference between those and the ones Aceofspades has?

The ones AceofSpades has are just worm gear ones. Constant diameter, but not tension. So in the winter when things get really cold, they stay big while the hose and housing shrinks. The ones I posted have a spring mechanism inside that keep the tension constant, which means the diameter isn't, they work just like the factory ones and maintain a constant tension.

Falken Wildpeak A/T 3 W's
Got a pretty good price and from reviews should do pretty well ( I hope )
But then I'll only run them 40,000-50,000 miles or so , no time at all
Nothing like the Duratracs that went over 90,000 :icon_razz:

Those will serve you well, I had those on order at Walmart but then they screwed up the order. Was dying to get the Moabs on so I decided on the Hankooks since they were in stock and were the original choice before I heard about the Falkens.

Bad move the platinum are no good. They have a different resistance to copper and cause problems. In my case misfire and erratic idling
Replaced the worn out spark plugs for some Bosch Platinum plugs.

Drove it about 450 miles round trip again. Still getting over 23mpg on the long highway runs. Had a bit of a vibration 70-75 so HAD to keep it at 80. Think I'm due for a tire rotation. Nice weekend but disappointing fall foliage.

so just where ever it fits will work?

Depending on what year, some are way easier than others, for example on my 04, I cut the neck off the washer bottle, then cut about an inch down from the cap. Glued it on the bottle and fit perfect on the right side of the engine bay. My 03 I bought a washer bottle off of amazon a few years back for a 55 Ford project I was putting washer/ wipers on. Used it since it was wired, had pump already to go

Just looked at that write up, LOL , funny did almost the same 6 years before that guy did his , but.....................

The list grows.
Cold starts - cylinder 6 misfire
Solution ?
Shut off and simply restart. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
No idea. Plugs coils and o2 sensors replaced with oem brand last September.
Going to swap out the passenger side o2 again (code popped for it when the cylinder 6 misfire occurred) and warranty the coil pack.
See what happens

My 02 did that a few time too. The misfire was a hard one (flashing CEL) and only #6. Shut off, restart and all good. Never found the cause. :Insane:

Super odd Interesting that it’s not just me experiencing this weird stuff.

Not much I could do to diagnose it at the time since it was so infrequent. I definitely moved the coils (which were the OE ones) more than once during the occurrences. It was definitely only on cold starts too.

wife's car does that randomly too. I swear it has something to do with coil-on-plug, and at least one coil randomly gets a fat electron stuck in the wire. I toss it up to it wanting to be British; there's always something wrong with a British car, you just go on with your life. :D
