used it to bring home 2 12ft 4x4s to build a new hop trellis.

on a side note i am looking at upgrading the transmission cooler because the jeep will be used to tow a 3500# pop up camper and i saw that denso makes a radiator with the build in cooler and wanted to see peoples thoughts on this vs the mopar one. i also thought about just upgrading the factory cooler on the 05 or adding a 2nd inline stacked plate cooler.

I'd have liked to see those 12 footers hanging off the ends of the KJ... I'd really like to see the hop trellis. I've been growing them horizontal but want to go vertical this year. I only have three plants though. Horizontal makes harvesting a breeze.

As for the ****** cooling, I'd just get a rad for an 02 and plumb it in with the external. Twobobs had a write-up on here and others have done it too.

the trellis is just a 4x4 with a 5ft 2x4 at the top with eyes for twine to be strung through. i wanted to do a 15-20 ft high trellis but im sure my wife wouldnt be a fan.

as for the radiator i wasnt sure if denso was good to go or should i spend the extra on the mopar one?

replaced the driver side brake hose. It looked bad when i first pulled the wheel to clean and lube all the front suspension/brakes, and about 10 minutes later it started dripping quite fast...noticed the brake fluid is dirty, so it looks like a complete fluid exchange will be next, looking forward to using my motive power bleeder.

Nice. How did the Lube-Locker gasket work out?

I have the same pan and I used a lubelocker gasket, no leaks yet. the drain plug has a little seep, when i do the fluid and filter I will add an o-ring or flat sealing washer.

I just finished completing the instructions for how to add switches to control the cooling fan on a liberty. If anyone is interested just PM me. This modification is considered moderate difficulty and requires cutting of the original wiring of the jeep.

Replaced the steering rack, and all struts, shocks and coil springs.

If I ever have to replace the rack again, I'll gladly pay a mechanic a small fortune to do it... This was not a fun job at all.

I drove it! Finally got it back from the dealer. Rumble noise seems gone, but I will reserve judgement until tomorrow when she has a chance to cool down to ambient temp. She seemed a little "stiff", but that could just be driving two different rental cars over the past ~3 weeks. I'll know when I drive it to work morrow.
