Check TPM system

2006 console will show check TPM system sometimes with flashing yellow TPM light on dash, than go out.

I recall low tires had a different warning? Is this a tire sensor going bad and not reporting at times,?

It is good light goes out ...(I'm glad I don't have TPM)
Tire pressure monitoring system- check to make sure all the tries at same pressure cold, then see if it still flashes occasionally.
Shops have a little TPM reader to see if they are all reporting properly.
Someone should know if there also is a code being set in the OBD2 system IDK..

There's a sensor flaking out.

100k miles, 12 years old

Definitely a sensor going bad.

Yeah a sensor is going out and coming back, theres a battery in there that has a finite lifespan. I replaced mine with dorman ones, they still go out and come back every so often. I dont’t know if any other brand is any better.
