Just got it in the mail today. Does it look right? I've never looked at the stock one in depth but what does the non threaded end go on to?

Yep looks just like the one I bought. When you take the old one out to compare the cooler itself may be a tad longer atleast the one I got was but it still fit with no issues.

I saw this behind my grille the other day.. wondered what it was, did not know we had a PS cooler too.

Is it really that critical to keep the PS fluid much cooler in these vehicles? I haven't heard much about cooling the steering fluid over the years.

I just replaced mine when I replaced the rack and the part you got looks correct. One thing I would do is reuse the factory clamp for the power steering reservoir.

Sounds good. I'll do that.

Think I got everything, new Mopar pump, new pulley, cooler and then a Mopar o ring for the cooler end that goes into the rack.

$120 for this
$160 for the pump
$30 for pulley/orings
~$10 for ATF+4 (no idea how much I'll need, probably start with 2 quarts and see what that does)
