Could be the TC unlocking. Try it with it in tow/haul mode (or OD off, can't remember what the KK button says).

My '10 started doing this a while back. No CEL. Nobody knew why. It almost feels like a misfire, but it wasn't.

OP, how old and of what type are your spark plugs? When was any maintenance done last?
