KJ 3.7 V6 Regearing to 4.10

My option is to get 4.10, i heard thay the 2.4 manual KJ has 4.10 so what do u think if i get it from any manual car.

Yes will work if 4.10s
better power and mileage
but again read write up in 4x4 section
