Had a nice Saturday off roading with some friends. Got to test the winch out by pulling a friend out of a snow bank he ran himself into. Used the skids a little coming down some rocky ways as well as I almost lost the KJ down a cliff. Friend winched me back up by the rear of the jeep. It was a bit tense as the KJ was teeter tottering on the edge of this cliff and was completely off of the rear driver side wheel. We ran a good way up Saxon Mountain and a Little bit of Red Elephant. Both good trails, but snow kept us from finishing up Saxon Mountain. A month more and the trails close to Denver should be pretty good to run. Should be a great summer for wheeling!

Someone stole your bumper.

Slowly parting it out back to stock?

Slowly, but keeping the lift, wheels, tires etc.

.......I might trade out tires for smaller ones just for sh****ts and giggles! Lol

Installed an ARB front bumper. Apparently file is too big and I don't know how to reduce the size on my iPhone.

You have to use the small file size prior to taking it. I'm in the same boat... I rarely use my laptop anymore since I have an iPhone and iPad. I can reduce on the laptop though. I just need to gitterdun.

Washed the engine bay, got some water in #2 and caused the check engine light to come on. Trying to get it cleaned for the spark plug change I'm getting ready to do. Not sure where y'all got NGK's for a buck - $2.50 @ Autobone.

Picked up a claybar and charged the AC. Got it into the green on low pressure and called it good. Freaking sloooow process. I think I need a new valve stem insert... lots of ssssssssss coming out of mine.

FINALLY managed to get the new LCA bushings pressed in. Using a couple of bearing races as adapters with a ball joint press finally did the trick.

You must be registered for see images attach

Got all the new parts, and all the junkyard parts have been cleaned up, painted, and outfitted with new bushings and ball joints .
If the weather stays nice I'll hopefully be able to install everything early next week.

Are you using Moog LCAs? I didn't know they had a problem solver LCA. Just the RK series. Or did you buy an RK one and switch out the bushings?

I pulled a set of LCAs off a KJ at a junkyard, cleaned them up and switched out the bushings with Moog PS ones.
All the aftermarket LCAs seem to have crappy bushings (since as you said, Moog doesn't offer the complete arms in their PS line), and new Mopar ones were just way out of my price range.
This way, it cost me less than $50 per control arm.

Are you two using the TapaTalk App to access the forums or the web browser? Never had a file size issue with my iPhone since using Tapatalk
