my question is (and my head is hurting tryin to figure this out)
the wheel comes in +10 mm or -6mm offset,so which ones should i go with and what thickness wheel adapter???

Tell me in inches of backspacing i.e 4 inch / 5 inch etc
also what width wheel you want.
If wanting say 7 inch, you would want a wheel with 5 inches of backspacing to use with an adapter. If 8 inches , well you'd need 6 inches of backspacing
We don't do mm here, went to school before some wanted to bring the metric system here

8" wide wheels:
+10mm offset gives you 4.89" backspace
-6mm offset = 4.26" b.s.

7" wide wheels:
+10mm = 4.39" b.s.
-6mm = 3.76" b.s.

1.25" is a common thickness for adapters, which is going to be popping those wheels out quite a bit.
