Not downing JBA at all but there's 1000s upon 1000s of people that have KJs and probably lifted, that don't report online to these sites
So to say RRO has bad products is unfair considering you guys all talk about "15-16 years ago" like it was yesterday
Give any company 15 years and if they're still around they will make changes and improve
There's no way "very few people" like RRO when they've been in business this long, obviously they're producing something people like or else they wouldn't be here

And you were just given two more to add to your "few" that are happy with their products

Why are they still around?

Simple as they are primarily a online only store and ever heard "there is a sucker born every minute"?

They're also doing stuff for the new KL Cherokees. See people ******** about the quality and waiting times on the Cherokee forum. I just sit back and laugh. People there are even making excuses for RRO!

If you follow several forums like I do ( Toyota, Jeeps, Nissan , Trackers etc ) there are several discussions about them, most negative. Even I heard of them, and their poor service/ products like I said before I got on the various forums.
Here is the issue, from over 12 years of following them online I would say at least 80-85 % are newbies, they start looking for parts and RROs name pops up and they buy , but most times only one time. So there you have your customer base. Its not that they were not very good and got better, its they never got any better
I know some have only been on the KJ forums a short time and may not follow different brands of vehicles like I do, but their parts are substandard all the way.

Well I got the RRO arms I have for free so I guess I will see how they go and report back. I'm planing on lifting soon and will be creating a thread to verify my list soon. If I can use the RRO arms great that's more money I can put to gears and skids if not no big deal I'll go JBA.

Thanks guys for all the feedback. I'll steer clear of the RRO crap. Simple google search proves all of what you've been saying. I'll keep on saving $$$ to get a pair of JBA UCAs.
