Toledo ( Ohio ) had a lot of ART CARs that would do shows etc that looked much like this one.
Its just a form of expression to the owners and really while not my style its just a different look.
While JK/TJ owners judge the way we do things to the KJ and KK , we shouldn't judge others as to what they do to theirs. We know how it feels to be made fun of etc.
While not my thing at all and would not want it in my driveway, its cool in the right place

There is an old Datsun 510 I think it is that has little plastic doll heads glued all over it, another has all different colors and shapes of dinosaurs on it. Kind of cool in a way to see what all they do

there's a wrangler down the street that ive seen driving around with a purple, molded piece of latex, glued to the hood
