Passed many, many slow-moving vehicles taking refuge in the left-hand lane during tonight's monsoon rains and flash flooding...had water splashing higher than roof rack as storm sewers were boiling over in many low spots...little KJ did all right!

^ Would have liked to have seen that action on a dash cam!
Some pretty wicked storms incl tornadoes, have rolled though many states, in the last few days.
It would be cool if someone made a real storm chaser KJ!

The weather here is nice 72F and hope it holds. Want to use KJ for camping & pull boat to the lake soon. Got a new 2" trailer ball on hitch and Rola basket re-installed for extra gear. Summer is coming!

Drove 114 miles straight today. Ran great. Can't say the same for all the vehicles on the highway. I did have two different sightings though! A red renegade (only one I have ever seen) and a blue toad.

Gave it 100 miles of highway time to shake the suburban malaise off it.

Drove it 250 miles round trip to look at some kayaks.
Came home with 500 rounds of .40S+W ammo instead.
Still not really sure how that happened

Well it's only a problem if you don't own a 40cal. If you have one then no worries. :icon_lol:

Works for me! I'll take it for my P226 :)

First thing this am, I had to change the oil and replace the blower motor resistor on my friend's '04 Chrysler Sebring convertible.

If they'd put the blower motor resistor where it lives in my Liberty, it would have been easy as hell. But you have to lay on your back across the doorsill and work right over your face, after removing a formed carpet padding trim bit (seriously; it's even multicolor and feels like carpet padding). Idiots...

Old one, just 3 yrs old, was fried. I put in a NAPA part this time, though it looks exactly the same as the Standard part she bought last time.

Took a nice long drive with the wife and the pup down to a nice little park here in town before we move again. There's some state forest near our new home in San Antonio, perfect place to explore.

Profdlp, good job on the 550 cord! I've got my dash handle wrapped as well, and completely replaced my front grab handles with full 550

I try not to be! I've just been super busy lately with work and packing. Oilfield is slow right now so everyone in our shop got laid off except 4 of us, then a month later closed our shop down. So our offer was to move to the San Antonio shop or have no job. So I guess I'm moving again!! Haha. Oh well.

How did the fender get dented HJ?
Of course I'm hoping for a good story like a deer ran into it.

It's been a while but I got time to take some care on my jeep, cleaned the T-case and diff, no leak found, next step will be to change both piece oil, also changed my defective hub and it seems to be working great now. Pretty proud of myself since it's my first big job by myself.

The jeep will be ready for summer very soon :D

Glad you installed stock sized tires, those were way undersized that were on there

Haven't been driving mine very much, using my little 2wd p/u instead, but I used it to haul a couple guns over to the range for some quality time with them today. A pair of AR's and my Dad's old lever action .32spl.
Also, got a storage bin for my tools, and strapped it in to keep it from sliding all over the back.

My old hunting rifle was a 32 Winchester Special Model 94 carbine. That thing would plow through the brush. No scope just peep sights. It was a blast to just target shoot with that thing. Wouldn't trash your shoulder like my friends 444 Marlin or his 300 Weatherby.
