Hey, love this forum. I've been noticing my '07 3.7L sport has been idling a bit low... sometimes around 500 RMP, and once while making a very slow turn it stalled on me.

I wanted to try cleaning the IAC and see if that was the issue. When I went under the hood and removed the air intake hose from the throttle body, I was a bit disappointed to discover I couldn't find the IAC anywhere! The throttle body is a solid piece of plastic, with no extra inlets or passages for an IAC to pull air into.

This is what the the part looks like: Amazon.com: APDTY 4861661AB Throttle Body Assembly w/Actuator TPS IAC Idle Air Control Valve For 2007-2012 Chrysler Dodge Jeep 3.7L or 3.8L Engines (View Description For You Specific Model): Automotive

So I'm suspecting that the IAC is built into the throttle body, and there's nothing separate to clean... that the butterfly valve of the throttle body also controls the air intake at idle.

Can anyone confirm this on the '07 3.7L engines? Thanks!
