I think my alignment was out :D

Now, he said I the camber on the left front was at the maximum for the adjustment. Is there something I can do/change to give it more in case I need it in the future?

Prepped and painted my brush guard, Went to install it and the mounts do not fit my Renegade, Even did my due diligence and made sure it would fit my year, Apparently adding that it will not fit the Renegade was something not too important, The main website states 2002 - 2007 Liberty, It was not until I found a PDF application guide that they decided to note *Will not fit Renegade*, At least I have a nice freshly painted brush guard to resell, Got it for cheap so should not be hard to sell it, Thought about welding up new brackets but decided against it, Will just wait a little longer and order the ARB, Anyone is Alberta looking for a Brush Guard for a Sport or Limited? LOL

Nothing at all different on a Renegade -vs- a Sport/ Limited etc
Everything bolts up the same no matter from 02-07
Only difference is the bumpers on 05 later that you may have to cut differently

I just had a look again and it appears there is a nut plate that is to be used that was not supplied, I spoke to the guy I purchased it from and he forgot to give them to me and will swing by, That makes sense as to why nothing lined up, I will get the nut plates from him and try this again haha, Thanks for the info!

Thanks to this forum...I found a couple outstanding recalls (M35 & N46) for my new-to-me 03, so I got a new trailer hitch installed! ha! not that I'm gonna tow much, but at least I can now! They even gave it a bath, too.

ordered a complete front axle (all i need is the housing) for $150.

i should be getting the outter axle seals and bearings for the front, as well as the intermediate shaft snap ring.

a question on regearing:

what do i need in order to setup the new DTT's and gears, from the looks of everything, the rear does not use shims on the carrier bearings, just the side adjustment piece that threads in before installing the differential. i also see that yukon sells a set up pinion bearing, which i am guessing is a good thing to buy?

is there anything i need for the front axle in order to set up pre-load and backlash?

Back with my wife from the hospital and she is doing good. First thing I noticed when we got home is a nice layer of grey mud coating the fender wells and underside of the Jeep. Daughter who was driving it while I was gone has no clue how that got there. Hmmmm? At least there aren't any dents.

Couldn't stand it any longer, so got out the credit card and ordered a Detriot Trutrac from 3rd Strike Performance. They were the cheapest I found online. I was going to go to Summit since they are only an hour away, but when I called to have them have it ready, they said they have them drop shipped. So, I called 3rd Strike and they said it would be also drop shipped, but not until Dec 30. Oh well, it should make world of difference in the soft sand we have around here.

I didn't want to go with a lunchbox locker. I had one in my old Samurai and Sidekick, but they popped and banged like crazy at times. But they did work well.

even with the 150#+ missing from the nose due to the lack of the winch and backbone right now, this thing rights pretty ****ing good! massively better than the stock running gear.

although I do now have some kind of squeak from the rear suspension. only happens when I start up and come to a stop.

Maybe rear upper control arm bushings?

you mean the tri-link? I can't discount that possibility, since it was at its limits while installing the rear springs. I would have hoped that at only 57k miles it'd still be intact and functioning. Otherwise, guess it was a smart idea to buy one :D

I'll need to investigate at some point.
