I have a 03 Jeep Liberty and it has some weird issues going on. Intermittintly the blower motor, the turn signals, the heated seats, the radio, windows, will go dead like they have no power. turn the car on and off a few times it will start working again.

Any ideas would be great! thank you

It sounds like a battery issue, maybe more with connections vs. the battery itself. If it was simply a bad battery or alternator, your starter simply wouldn't work which doesn't see m the case.

Any dash or MIL lights on??- OBD2 codes-scan it.
Charge /Load test the battery, use a hydrometer on each cell if it is a removable cap battery. Clean terminals, should be zero corrosion present, tighten them good!
Check voltage output on alternator.
Next would be check all fuses with a continuity tester and overall wires into/ out of BCM
