Noticed I could turn right really good but left, not so. Got to looking and the shop I had do the rack n pinion set the right side lower than the left.
Fixed that, perfectly level now.
Changed oil and front diff oil. Fixed the ****** skid cause the ****** shop put it bake on wrong. Was OVER the front skid. Tsk tsk!

I can't find a freakin shop that knows how to do anything right on a KJ. Dealer only I guess. Geesh!

Finally lubed the hinges on the rear glass. No more squeak when I open it. Cleaned and lubed the rear wiper arm while I was there. Now the wiper actually contacts the window. That thing was frozen solid!

I put on some adhesive-less window tint on the side cargo windows.
It's a green house in there down in AZ

Plasti dip all three wiper arms, after 12 years they were looking rough. Then I lost the first 3 speeds on the blower motor, so the blower resistor got replaced...

Yesterday replaced my exhaust from the Y pipe, Deleted 3rd downstream Cat, Muffler is a Thrush Welded, Sounds awesome and gives a great sound without sounding obnoxious!

Set front tires to 35psi, rear to 38 noticed the ride was a bit nicer and that it isn't really struggling now to take off in second gear. Now debating on what would be a good replacement muffler for November.

Paid the sucker off! The wife and I finally sold our old house after buying a new one and remodeling it for the last 6 months. We had a bit of equity in the old place since I remodeled that one too, went ahead and eliminated the payments!

The wife has been complaining about the kj being too small. We've been talking about getting her an expedition, might buy my dad's out right for cash. It's an 04 Eddie Bauer 4x4 with the 5.4 and 130k on the ticker. So I may get the crd for myself! Ill get to park my powerstroke and keep the mileage down on it.

replaced the bad replacement belt tensioner.
Lubed the door hinges and anything that moves.
Applied a coat of lube on the hitch and exposed paint-less dings.

Received the recall notices for my KJ and XJs

Well, I finally received the N46 recall notice for my KJ. one day after receiving the notice for my old XJ (recall N45) that was scrapped.
