My jeep recently started going insane.. Locks locking and unlocking, headlights not working, gas, speed, tachometer, temp Gage's all out of whack.. Pulled CD player out wondering if that was the issue, didn't fix anything.. We have pulled the fuses to the locks and lights just to be able to drive without being driven nuts by all the random craziness. Have no ideas on what it could be and I just would really like to drive my jeep again!! HELP!!

Could be a bad battery or even worse a bad BCM, because the BCM controls all the items you are talking about.

Have the battery load tested. If it is even marginal, replace it with an 800CCA battery+
The dealer can check to see how the BCM is doing and flash updated software if it has not been upgraded since 02.
