I'm new to Jeeps and interested to know where I can find connectors and pins. I'd rather not get pigtail harness parts. For GM parts I look in the service manual and the connector part number is right by the connector end view. Then I go to http://delphi.com/connectors , type it in, and it lists all of the associated parts available to build the connector. Take those numbers to Mouser.com or a couple other places, put in an order, and you're done.

So how does Chrysler work? How do you rebuild connectors for a 2005 Liberty? Where do you get parts?

Go here: Mopar Connection Repair Kit

It's the official Mopar wiring connector search site (wiring/connectors are not listed in the standard parts catalogs). Enter your model code and year (it goes back as far as 1997) and you'll be able to drill down to a Mopar part number for the connector you need.

I think they only sell complete wiring packages, i.e. connector and wires, with the idea that you'll do a splice repair.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm really hoping someone knows how to identify connector part numbers so I don't have to splice in a pigtail. Right now I'm about to do a remote start, but this sort of info comes in handy and keeps the wiring cleaner.
