Will these work?

I am looking at buying some wheels for my 2006 Liberty and I have got conflicting information on backspacing and offsets. I am looking at these wheels.
MKW® M102 Wheels - Gloss Black with Machined Face Rims
They are 16x7 5x4.5 with a +40 offset

Can someone tell me if they will fit right?

Need more information
If lifted then 16X7 -4 inches of backspacing works well
If unlifted then you're going to have to stay same as stock it's all that will work

I am unlifted, what is stock backspacing? I thought it was around 38mm.

stock is around +41mm in OFFSET.

or on a 7 inch rim, thats ~5.5 inches of backspacing.

I got a -30mm offset on my 15x8's, they are level 8 trackers matte black
