Plasti Dip the grille and cleaned up my chop job on the bumper. I actually wanted to cut all the way up to the flair but i didnt know if cutting that clip would cause an issue on the bumper.
New tires go on Wed.

Did the HD cooling setup. Had the HD electric fan/shroud already, so I put on the fan clutch and nylon fan blade this afternoon. Started it up and wow, what a difference! I could feel it pushing air over the motor! Hopefully this will be a huge benefit while towing.
Bought a used ****** with 50,000 miles on it and a (small) warranty. The Jeep had been rear-ended and the fluid was nice and red. Hopefully, will have it by the weekend but probably early next week, then I can start reassembly - finally!

Accidently dumped a vanilla shake on the passenger seat.:whymewhyme:

That is what I did. Just waiting for it to dry completely to see if it is stained. I dumped the shake at lunch and just had paper towel and a few rags to try and wipe up as much as I could. So it sat for about 5 hours before I hit it with water and shop vac.
Hope it's not too bad.

you may want to try and take off the seat covers and toss them into the washer i have been told that they are somewhat easy to take off i just have not gotten around to try myself i have a few seats out of a few KJ's to play with

I took a water hose to my back seats.....they are clean now. Dried in a few days. No smell. But that's extreme. I also have no carpet

Today I fixed my passenger side window that had been zip tied up for two years. I used a $25 metal part from autoandart.com off ebay. Worked perfect. Wife is sooo happy now. Only if I could find a low priced ac compressor for my 06......only if

Took it to AutoZone to get a scanner. Engine light is on and giving me a P0137 code.

Got the Powertrax yesterday. 
My second order from RRO without incident.
(Thanks UPS for taking an extra 12 days past the 1st delivery attempt to get it to me :manos
Its beefier than I thought - for a Dana 30. I have a pretty large hand.
Finally all the parts are here and I can begin installing:
- powertrax no-slip (ring gear has to be demounted)
- differential housing-end seals
- differential housing-end needle bearings
- new intermediate shaft
- new CV shafts
- RRO arms & balljoints
- clevis spacers (2" locknuts)
- cradle drop (uni-strut washers - square, 1/4" thick)

Why do you have to pull the ring gear to install the Powertrax?

The cross-shaft won't slide out because the ring gear is in the way.
