KJ cabin filter installed

Got it yesterday.

pros/cons?
did you have to supply the screw/washer to hold it in (3rd pic from the end) or did it come with those?
where did you buy this?

Everything came in the box. I sourced it from Germany. I have a lot of contacts there. It was a gift.

I would so love to find this state side just to try it.

Anyone else suddenly start thinking of ways to put that space to work as part of a snorkel?

I am debating on ordering between 20 to 100 of them and selling them.

have you seen the "cowl snorkel" kits they are building and selling for cherokee XJ's now? people are also making their own. you could do a similar set up here.
google and you will see

How did you get the wiper arms off? I took the nuts off holding the arm to the motor and the arms still wouldn't budge.:shrug:
EDIT: I found a write-up that answered my question. A simple tool was all that separated me from cleaning out the cabin filter area.

No idea yet. Still debating on making an order. Only 3 have shown interest on 3 forums.

Well if you can get them here I'll take 2.

If it is $10 I'll take two. If it is under $20 I'll take one.

I'm still researching. Getting them is not the issue. Shipping them will be the issue.

Intrested. Mine needs cleaned out anyway, so I might as well put a filter on it. I'd buy a couple.
