What is the max size tire that will fit a 06 Libby without a lift. Planning on replacing suspension parts first.

245/70r16, and depending on your sag amount, might have to trim and pound

Yea sure, 4wd or 2wd, same thing other than the 4wd stuff. Not think about 245/75 with out a real lift.

Replace with quality parts or those 245s won't fit after a few thousand miles.

I'd stick with 235/70/16 unless by replacing suspension components you mean a lift.

It's the only way to guarantee you won't have any issues.
