Somewhere between being sane and insane!
good to hear.

just want to thank you for you sharing of your expertise tj, i really appreciate your input
Just to clarify this was not on a stock KJ braking system, was on my KJ but with a Ford/Chevy 1/2 ton front brakes and Explorer rear disc brakes.I now run Black Magic pads, and they do not make pads for a stock KJ,but is by far the best money I have spent of brakes for my setup.

Quite happy with those (front and rear on my KJ). No squeals, no dust and they bite as supposed to.

TJ, sorry to hear You had a bad experience, but I guess it's because yellows are not suited for wheeling
but strictly track/road only, in spite of EBC claiming otherwise.. this IMO. I wouldn't use them either...

On the other hand, after performing a complete overhaul on a 2007 Tahoe's braking system (new pistons,
seals, fluid etc..) friend on mine was astonished by the stopping power of yellow stuff pads.
No idea about durability though (haven't heard from him in a while) Expensive?? Yes, DEFINITELY!!

Just my 0.02 as usual..

Yeah no wheeling at all,was road testing the SFA kit.Totally trashed a set of cyro frozen rotors in less then 1000 miles and had less then 2mm pad material left.
