Hi everyone I have a 2005 CRD Liberty and have been contemplati g putting a lift and spacers on my little libby. Now i dont want to buy a lift that will cost me an arm and a leg for. Im hoping for something alot cheaper that would be about 2.5 inches. And i also would like to get wheel spacers as thr wheels in the rear are just to far into the body for my liking. So if anyone can help me out with reccomendations for a cheap lift and cheap spacers that would be great thanks alot!

Cheap lift:shrug:
depends on what you consider cheap
BUT only way to go is OME springs ( 790 front/948 rear) and OME shocks
will set you back 750 or so
Check jeepinbyal for everything
Spacer type lifts are cheap but install this month and you'll be redoing them in 3 months due to 7 year old springs that are sagged out already
Only one time to do it right

And again! Do it right the first time and you'll have it for years! I have OME, and I suspect it may outlast me!

I acknowledge that Utah is not as well known for ********* off road opportunities like in OH, but I had never had the need to replace the factory A Arms. I bought the Frankenlift II from All J's.

Just sayin'

hi guys i found this lift kit for a very reasonable price i would like to know everyone's thoughts on it.

1.5" 03-07 Jeep KJ Liberty Rear Daystar Lift Kit

i also have another question, why cant i just use a lift kit that is built for a gasoline liberty? can you guys tell me what is different about the suspensions on both jeeps? i wouldve only thought the motor mounts would be different and the gearing in the back would be geared lower as its a diesel

thanks alot guys appreciate the help!

Gas stock springs are rated at 310
CRD stock are rated at 410 lbs

gearing is actually higher on CRDs

If you have over 40-50,000 Daystar isn't the best move esp on a CRD

send me some pics man interested

PM sent. If your springs are not sagging this will work . That is he reasion i had to swap over to OME. I have a ARB bumper with a 12,000 pound winch and i pull a trailer all the time.If you use this you should go and change out your struts. Just helps with the CRD. you have 3.7l struts in the front too.
That is all Jeep had.I wish i could add this to mine and get a 4" lift. but the stering will not let you. Your call on the lift.
