ome with stock rear shock

just got my ome lift but the rear shocks are on back order would it be fine to install the lift and keep the stock rear shocks for a couple weeks or at least just to drive it to the new tires put on it

You can run them but be ready to top them out a lot with bangs/booms/crunches etc plus it'll ride like crap. So knowing that you'll be good for a couple of weeks

x2, you can run it without isos added to the rear but they will top out ocasionally, i did it for a month when UPS lost my rear shocks with my order. then threw them on another KJ that needed them as they were only 5 months old.

If you add the 2 extra isos it will top out even more, limit flex etc but will still be drive-able.

plus then you get to appreciate what your new shocks add to the package when you replace them.

I'd set it up how you want it, drive it, and deal with the clunks for that short of time.

Patience is not a virtue I have, but I would just wait until the shocks come in and install it all at once.

Lift is on went smooth other than my abs light is on after I did the front. I needed to get the lift on so I could get the new tires put on. Its only a 5 mile trip and then back to my back yard until the new shocks come in.
