My EVIC started to show this message (Check TPM system) periodically and annoying TPM symbol is blinking on the dashboard. Tire pressure is fine in all 5 tires. What it could be? Can I disable TPM system?

Could a bad sensor,battery dying or bad reciever(s) for the sensors.And no there is no way to disable the system.

You need the StarScan or a higher end TPMS system reset tool like in the link below to diag the TPMS system.
TPMS3 from Snap-on
Each TPMS sensor has a battery in it that should last about 5-7 years,and no you can not just replace the battery as it's a sealed unit so you must replace the whole sensor.
