Hey who all runs a flowmaster on their Libs? I just bought an 06 Liberty Limited 4x4 and I want that same deep sound like I have on my 90 cherokee xj...Where can I find one to fit??? What is the inlet/outlet size??

I'm running a Flowmaster 50 Series SUV. Very melow tone, not real loud. Loud enough to be heard, but not obnoxious. Very happy with it. But, if you want loud, it isn't the one you want.

That is exactly why I went with the SUV version. Specifically meant to cut out the drone.

I'm running the super 44. Idk where the whole drone thing is coming from. On my kj you could barely hear it

50 SUV here, no drone, sweet tone at certain rpm, super nice sound under any overpass, tunnel, alley, etc.. and no bother or headache (a bit louder in the back, but that's their problem). I think 44 will give you a headache if it is your daily drive.

real easy to look up Flowmaster drone on the internet, you'll find 1000s of posts regarding it. I ran one for 90,000 miles until I couldn't stand it any longer. Sounds good but too much drone at highway speeds
Magnaflow has a nice deep tone and no droning

I liked my Flowmaster 50 SUV. Unfortunately I wasn't keeping an eye on it and it fell off somewhere while my wife was driving it... the pipes before and after were pretty rusted obviously. Damn road salt. Just needed it fixed fast so we went back to a stock replacement.

one more for the Flowmaster droning. had one on my 03 Dakota with the 3.9 at 2000 rpm the resonance inside the cab was mind numbing. have a thrush (can't remember exactly wich one now) on there now no drone close to same sound.

There are multiple different flowmasters, and speaking from experience 50 series was perfect. I am sure engine, air filters, etc.. plays a role in addition to the type of flowmaster you get. Either way, you are not getting any performance or mpg increase from any of them anyway. It's purely for sound.

Do you remember what the inlet outlet size/setup is? It looks like it is a center inlet and offset outlet...but have no clue if it is 2.15" or 2.50"??
