my blinker doesn't work - tried everything

Hi brand new to this site and I just got a 02 liberty sport and am having problems with my right blinker...

back one works front right doesn't...the orange lights work when they are on and so does the hazzards. I have replaced the bulbs and it still doesn't work! What is going on? I don't have an owners manual either so I'm clueless..HELP!

So, the right front works fine when the hazards are on?
But not when the turn signal stem is actuated?

Have you checked the level of the Blinker fluid yet?

yes the hazzards work fine on both sides, also when i press the lock button on my keys the right side doesnt flash like the left does.

Have you replaced the flasher unit yet or checked the fuses?

we checked all the fuses and they appeared to be fine, i don't know which ones are specifically for the lights but we checked ALL. the blinker is still blinking fast even after changing the bulbs in front

Replace it with another bulb.
While you are at it wiggle the wiring to see if it's a connection issue.
But it sounds like an NFG bulb.

do you happen to have a non-factory hitch/ wiring on this KJ? I had a UHaul converter installed and it ended up having some wonky issues like this after a while. Just something to consider.
