I have some 15x7 black rock wheels that i want to put on the liberty. But i dont want to go up to 31's so i wanna get 30s. What lift kit will lift my liberty just enough to clear the 30's with 4 inches of backspacing?

Just about any will work, would recommend looking through the lift section for specs.

First which Black Rocks are you wanting to run?
Aluminum will not work for sure as they will hit the calipers
Steel should though
With 15X7 wheels/ 4 inches of backspacing and those tires yes you will need to lift some
normal full spring lift without any extras added will do you great
OME 927/OME948 springs and either OME or Bilstein shocks
Should give you a good look and excellent ride and way better handling than when it was new

I already have the Black Rock Type D Series, 15x7 with 4 inches of backspacing. I already read through the posts and knew i needed steelies to fit.
I already wanted to get that spring shock combo, i just don't want to get to high and have the kj look awkward with to small of tires. I really have no desire to go up to 31's.

If you just do the springs etc with no top plate or clevis it will look good. The last three KJ lifts I did are still running 245-70-16s on theirs and I even added over an inch to the springs so you'll be fine
