Rim leaks

Hello again
I am having a new issue with my 04 jeep kj limited
I can 't keep the tires from leaking air
Tire Shop says it bead leaks and they know no fix
Can't use use fix a flat because of sensors
Any help would be appreciated

had beads leaking after last trail, because of dirt between tire and rim.
brought wheel to tire shop. they removed a tire, cleaned a rim (beads areas especially) and assembled it again - no leaks.

The tire shop should be able to properly dismount the tire and clean the rim with a wire brush to remove any built up dirt or bead sealer. It should be a smooth surface after they are finished and no debris should be left.

If it is still leaking after that, there could be a nail or some puncture in the tire. If the tire doesn't stay inflated tightly for a long period of time, when it loses air, it can come off the rim.

Also, check the bead of the tire to make sure it is not damaged, that can happen from old tires becoming brittle, and the tire would need replaced.

make 100% sure it is the bead leaking
some soap and water will tell you ,spray it on the bead and look for bubbles
if it is the bead then I would clean them all not just that 1
and I would do it my self ,I have and it is fairly easy

Aluminum rims can get corroded right at the bead after years of salty winters. Sometimes the fix requires a little more aggressive techniques than wire brushing. Some sandpaper or even a wheel is sometimes called for. Even then, the corrosion could be bad enough that the surface still isnt as smooth as it should be. A layer of permatex or similar sealant under the bead can make up for some imperfection. Balancing is critical after any of this work.
If all that fails, there are several companies that specialize in repairing these issues...last I checked I think it generally started around $125/wheel plus shipping.

Have them replace the valves, it costs $5, they generally will charge $20 for tire/rim service. They will still clean the rims with compressor attachment brush.
You can also check it yourself, if you have a spare barrel or a tub, just dunk your recently filled tire and watch for tiny bubbles from the valve.
