Removing front fascia (bumper) - is it heavy?

I'm going to have to remove the grille reinforcement in my '05 KJ Limited, and that means removing the front fascia (what I'd call the bumper) first. I'll most likely have to do the job single-handed, so I'm worried about how heavy the fascia is, I don't want it falling off the front of the car and cracking.

Is it actually feasible to remove/replace the fascia single-handed, or is it strictly a 2-person job? I've got an old mattress pad that I can put on the ground underneath the fascia, so if it does fall it should hopefully have a soft landing.

you can make it even lighter by cutting the bottom off of it too! :favorites37:

lol, it's just a thin hunk of plastic- very flimsy once it's off the front. i think the spare tire carrier weighs more than the front fascia.
