Somewhere between being sane and insane!
For you it would be 245/65R17's and you may or may not have rubbing, not much of anything in that size but some okay AT's and will be alot of $$$.Time to hunt for a OEM set of 16" rims then you can go 245/70R16's with a few more choices but again not that great.

I have 265/70/16 with a 2" lift on mine and I get very little rub, but i go through a tank of gas in 240 miles... I am looking to put stock tires back on. Large dump trucks are faster than my Jeep.

ok anyone else cuz im gonna go with 235-65-17 hankook atm tires for my gfs jeep

I would go with the Yokohamas. The reviews on tirerack.com are very high for it and some ppl are pulling 70,000 miles off of them too.

I have 235/70R16 on my Jeep, and that's what it came with stock before I even lifted it.

Those tires are approximately 28.95" tall and 9.25" wide.

A 235/65R16 is nearly identical, at 29.02" tall and again, 9.25" wide.

Also to note....Tire Rack lists the 235/65-17 as an optional plus size for my Liberty.

I am quite certain those tires would fit your stock Jeep.

Oh, and not to throw a wrench in the works, but check out Toyo Open Country AT's. Much better tire than the Yokohama's far as I'm concerned, and I would believe a step up from Hankook's as well.

Tires should fit, but with not knowing what wheels you have width, backspacing then not sure...............
