One more jeep in the Virgin Islands! YAY!

I just bought my jeep, a 2006 liberty, and we are in love!

It's my first jeep so I wanted to join a forum and find out all I can about it and all the fun stuff I can do. I look forward to sharing pictures of our beach adventures and the back filled with dive gear and coolers!

(welcome) I offer to come down and consult/install all mods....you pick up the tab.
We need lots of pictures either way.

My Uncle's Brother lives on Water Island.He's the guy in the pink 1979 Ford F-150.When I visit,I'm either snorkle'n or drinking margaritas at Tickles.I just can't stay away from that place.drunk.gif

I live on the north side of St. Thomas but am certainly familiar with Water Island! Honeymoon is one of my favorite beaches for a nice getaway!

Next time you go to Honeymoon beach tell Heidi that the New Orleans crew says hi,and we miss her.I hear Heidi is having movie night on Thursday or Friday night with a projection screen.That sounds awesome!!!

Well I don't know if I'd call it the rich side, unless you're talking about the view!

Hey, first off welcome to the forum!

Secondly, my sister has lived down on St. Thomas for a couple years now. She's currently here in the states with her daughter visiting family. They're going to be back on the island December 22nd!

With you living on the North side of the island, are you near Magens or Hull Bay? Peterborg is the furthest North part of the island, and there are some really nice houses up there!

Speaking of St. Thomas...

I grew up on the North Side overlooking Magens and Peterbourg in a neighborhood called North Star Village. Now I live in Mandahl which is a little further east but still officially on the north side.

I like the pic, is that a rental jeep going down that dirt road? Looks like a road to one of the west end beaches.

Might have been a rental before, but it was my sisters when she moved down there. She's got a Taurus now.

Also, that picture was taken on a road going to this house (the middle of the three white roof's) On the south side of Magens Bay. It's one of the offshoots of Hull Bay Rd/ Route 37

I know exactly where those houses are! My boyfriend's cousins live just a little to the left of there, some of the most amazing snorkeling! Love that area, very diverse!

I really like Coki Bay for Snorkeling when I visit. Also...Bolongo Bay? Where that little sea turtle hangs out? There's a resort there...

I want to go back down there so bad! Have to wait another year or so till I'm done with Basic and Tech School. I miss almost everything down there (except the crazy drivers and driving on the left side of the road)! And falling asleep under the stars in the tropical weather outside on the porch in the hamock! Ugh.
