If you would read through you'll notice that the Skyjacker is a soft ride and will sag soon, the front springs are only rated at 310 lb, same as stock. OME HDs are rated at 400, makes quite a difference for sure. Rustys is the same as well only 310 lb springs. OME is tried and true. And yes you can buy everything together
Call Heather at www.boulderbars.com (AllJs and tell her I sent you and you need a complete lift, she will fix you up with 4 coils , 4 shocks etc.
or even marlin at www.jeepinbyal.com will do the same thing

I dont like shopping around for parts. Besides i cant find the rancho shocks anywhere
I am confused right now, JeepinbyAl has different shocks, Bilstein and OME, so you can get OME springs and shocks from him along with front bumpstops, all one stop shopping!
AllJs can sell you the OME springs and OME shocks, ( OME 132L shocks for the rear by the way )
So why not go either one of these ways and just give up Skyjacker, OK?

The Skyjacker is arguably one of the worst lifts you can buy since you cannot use their shocks with other springs and you cannot use their springs with other shocks.

Which basically means once your shocks that came with the Skyjacker kit wear out (all shocks wear out) you HAVE to use Skyjacker shocks, or do some chopping to your coils.

I didnt say i was getting the skyjacker. I was thinking the frankenlift.
So the Bilstein's are just as long as the rancho's?
Ill just call and tell them i want ome springs. bilstein shocks and bumpstops.
Also it says on their website its only 1.5" lift.

Its been that way for years for OME and others, but if you read people get more than the stated amount.

They are not longer ......
Answer too brief for understand the smiley...

The rear OME springs are rated for 1.5" lift and the Skyjacker's 2.5"... If they aren't lying, it's plausible that the Skykjacker being longer... Don't get me wrong, I believe you... I haven't see neither of them... It's just a simple question...

Cheers! :)

jeez, answer is not too short the OMEs are not shorter, they will give you 2 to 2.5 inches of lift, its all how they market them, don't pay attention to the hype in ads, pay attention to the ones who have used them and have installed more sets than he cares to think about!

After having run the Rusty's springs and Skyjackers shocks I've come to the conclusion that I'd rather ********** with a cheese grater than use either one of those companies products again. Long live the OME.
