What is the wattage of the:

Front headlights?
Fog lights?
Light bar?

What bulbs are each of these using?

I know nothing about lighting... So anything and everything would be greatful!

what year liberty do you have?
The bulbs are listed in your owners manual. Online manual at jeep.com/user section
If you want to upgrade headlights and get better brighter whiter than stock Use PIAA extreme white plus 9007 bulbs.
For better than stock 42 watt fogs , do the 65 watt mod using silverstar 9005 requite mod tab trim (easy)

Southeast of disorder...
9007 headlights are a standard 55/65 (low/high). As mentioned above the fogs are 42-45w 9145s and are easily replaced with a 9005 bulb (which is a 65w high beam in a dual-headlight setup). Not sure on the light bar as I've never had one apart, guessing they would be in the 45-55w range.

I wouldn't...

65w / 13.8v = 4.71 Amps
45w / 13.8v = 3.26 Amps

A total difference of 1.45, or nearly 1 1/2 amps. Nothing to worry about. The wiring to the fogs is over sized and fused for more than that anyway.
