10 months, 4500 miles on it? I do that in less than 3 months.

Want some miles on your Jeep? Give it to me for about oh, 6 months. :)

I use 5W-30 Mobil 5000, Valvoline, or Castrol Conventional, or 5W-20 Motorcraft Synthetic Blend.
Motorcraft Filter
Interval is once my filter starts to leak or 4000 miles, unless the oil gets visibly dirty before that.
I replace my transmission every 57K miles. It's funner that way.
Diffs, TC, and plugs when I remember.
Lube the chassis stuff when it starts to squeak.
Everything else is when my internet troll tells me too.
FYI, don't keep track of the mileage last time you serviced your Jeep on a cell phone because the cell phone will break and you will forget the last time you changed your stuff when someone posts something like this.

It's not driven in dusty conditions....air filters aren't a judgement of how often you wheel...
