Well do yourself a favor and get a Rubicon package. Even if you dont ever use it, youre paying 2400.00 dollars for a 10+,000 upgrade that will pay off in resale value.

If i had it to do again, I would have bought my KJ any day!
I love this thing... the aftermarket is not all the way there yet, but there are too many JK's out there and not enough modified KJ's!

Ya, KJ has been paid off for close to 4 years now!
I guess I could always go SFA and stuff a Diesel under the hood...

Then I'd keep it!

I will never trade a paid off vehicle again!

Just keep it until it dies! If I want another one, I'll have to buy it with no trade!

I've been thinking about doing the same. But I prefer my leather. Power isn't an issue.

On Dangerous Drives,Discovery channel last night/Moab, they were testing pre-prouction?, fully loaded Rubicon with Hemi power...mmmm yummy. That I would buy.
I would keep your KJ, you just lifted it, it is paid for!! It has more room, and lets face it for daily around town driving the independent suspension is very nice.
Get some Leather seats or covers Ryan, and you are good to go for another year.
If your motor dies one day, I think you would be the first with a really "new" powerplant!

I know why Ryan wants to change and its not because hes tired of his KJ... It has nothing to do about the Jeep itself.... My girlfirend's father has 2 vertebrea welded together and he cannot go for 45 min seated or standing so he cant really work. Being at home and not doing anything will simply kill a normal man... Hes a Harley Davidson fan and yet he cannot ride one because their seats are wayyy tooo hard. So he buys Hondas, Kawasakis 1800CC or bigger and he chrome the thing to the point where your mirror isnt even reflecting anything compared to it ... He mods it totally until he gets a very comfy seat and suspension on a 9 feet tall bike with the exact looks of a Harley ... Once he's done and has nothing left to do on it he admires it for a few weeks then POW !! SOLD !! lolll, im like HUH !!?? But WHY !! He bought another one and starts all over again ... The last one he sold was a Gold Wing with the look of a Harley, in fact, when i saw it first i was sure it was a Harley. Ryan, just keep yourself occupied, is them Minis are done and KJ is done, then, humm, yeah... well think of something for you right guys ??!! We cant really let you escape from this forum just like that !! We'll keep you under custody if we have to !! loll
