Managed to tag a deer the other day:( Not bad really, just broke my turn signal lens and busted 4-6 clips that hold on the flare. Has anyone taken them off and added some steel = tubing/sheet metal? Does anyone make/sell them? Pics if possible. Will the dealer have all the clips, or is that gonna be a junkyard find?

i'm pretty sure these are used to attach the fender flare to the actual steel fender...

Yep those are the clips. If your lucky you just broke the the end off the clips, when i hit my deer the whole passenger side fender flare flew off, all the clips were sheared off but i also had a few of the holes that the clips go into on the fender flare get busted out as well and ended up with all new parts.

The Flares's just snap on and off, watch out for the two inner brackets that are held in with screw type plastic snaps with a screw head. Once you have replacement snaps its just snap the new ones on the fender, and re insert the two screw type snaps and your done. Takes about 3 min to replace all the snaps. Here's mine when a tree took off my front fender:

What happened when i tagged my deer... The wheel well liner was tied up with rope after i got home. When i hit that bugger i was just driving home from buying the KJ, yep first time out and damage. All i had was a couple Wal-Mart bags and i had to tie up the wheel well liner with plastic bags to get home as i couldn't get the darn thing out or else i would have just tossed it in the back with the rest of the parts.
