Came across this a little while ago... Pretty neat idea.. It uses exhaust gas to fill up the bag so you dont have to do any work.

I've never used one myself, but they're in fairly common use. ARB makes one too I think. Good for mud, sand or snow apparently.

Wow, after seeing that, I came up with a cool catchphrase which I will sell them for a mere five figures:

If it's not a Titan, you ain't got jack!

They look good but i haven't have much luck with inflatables. I once went through 2 inflatable kayaks from Canadian Tire before giving up on them. They leaked while i was in the middle of the lake. Also, i had an inflatable bed that I spent more time fixing than sleeping in. No sooner would i fix one leak then another would start. So i got rid of it. It was becoming the norm for me to go to bed with it inflated and then wake up later on the hard floor.

The air bags i've dealt with work pretty well. As long as they're well constructed/decent quality they should help get you out of a sticky situation where a normal jack won't work. I used the ARB one with a friend a while back to get him out of some sand and it worked pretty well.

My favorite airbag situation ever:
