Does anyone know the proper whell backspace to order for 15 inch rims I see people using 4.5 and 4.75 but both seem to rub. Any help would be great.

I was thinking 30 or 31's because I wanted to have enough room for wheel articulation

As clse to 5 inches as you can get. Stock is 5 1/2 inches, but than you have a lot of interior rubbing. The 10.50 width is also part of the problem, it's pusshing the limits of space. You'll have to trim the front some and bend over the rear tab in the front.

My 16x8 rims with 5" BS work great with my 245/70/16 tires(VERY little rubbing). They are basically a 30" tire(29.5). O:)

265/70/16 & the best size rim???

Hey, my first post on Jeep KJ Country:)

I've got a set of Cooper STT 265/70/16 on my stock alloy rims & want/need to change the rim. I only wish to move it out about 5 to 10mm & am not sure what that means as far as back spacing go's. I've seen a lot about MOAB's & American racing rims but am not sure if they are exported to OZ or not. If not what should I look for, I don't want to go too far out as I still plan to take it off road.:D

So what do you think?, web links etc would be a help.
