2005 KJ Recall

My 2005 jeep liberty

First I notice what everyone thinks is road noise from my tires, maybe it is but (I dont think so) Secondly I also notice that when my jeep is going to shift automatically on its own - it shifts - oh whats the word - abrupt - or kinda loud with a slight "jerk" in it. I dont quite know how to explain it - but is this what everyone is talking about??

Can anyone recommend a good extended warranty compay that won't fast talk you and push you to put down money?

I had a similar problem when I back up, the car jerks back and forth and when I step on the gas I feel it shift. I have brought the car to the Jeep Service and they can not find anything wrong. From responses I did get through this web site they have told me not to worry about it. That it is a common thing?X! But I'm still after the service guys.
