Really!? That beautiful black KJ is gone!
That's all, just 4 pictures?

Also please give us details on how much your KJ went for, what did you pay for this one, etc..

Congratulations, enjoy your new vehicle!

PS: I can't believe they pair those rims with those tires!

Yes, KJ is gone but not forgotten.

More pics will come. I took those last night only hours after driving it off
the dealer's lot.

$12K for the KJ just about what KBB said it was worth. I was offered that by two different dealers. All of the trail rash probably wasn't in my favor. Traded my car also, didn't need two vehicles. JK with lots of options cost me $27K after dealer took some off the sticker price. They aren't eager to discount fairly new vehicles. Got a full tank of gas from them too which at 3 bucks a gallon for 21 gallons isn't a bad deal. Free lifetime state inspections too.

I'll live with the tires. These SRAs look different from the ones that came on the KJ 4 years ago. Sahara edition JKs come with 18" Bridgestone Duelers.

I got $8500 for the Sebring. Great condition, low miles. A little more than KBB value.

I still have the skulls and barbed wire steering wheel cover.

Nice JK Priel3..........Congrats...

I like that silver color too.

Let us know how you like it after you "experiment" off road a little.

My lease is up here in August on my KJ and am going back and forth between what I should do. Three years ago when I leased my KJ I wanted the Wrangler but with cargo area with the back seat in being little or nothing really was not an option. The new JK seems like an obvious choice for me but with $5500 off from incentives/employee discount/lease loyalty on a new Liberty and $0 on the JK is really holding me back. Any regrets on the trade?

I just talked my Brother into a 4-door JK, it is really awesome....It is the one I would buy when comparing the two, but if money is at all an issue, that discount on the Libby would be really hard to pass up...

I am really happy with my JK, but I have the two door.

If you want more cargo space and all the advantages of a Wrangler go with the JK. If you've been satisfied with the KJ and want to take advantage of the incentives, go with the KJ. Do the incentives apply to the 2008 KKs or just KJs?

The incentives they are running right now are just for the 07's. I really doubt they are going to have anything for the 08 for some time.

I have a JK Unlimited (4-door) Rubicon: http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/showthread.php?t=32813

If I had to do it all over again... even with $5,500 off for KJ, I would still get a JK Unlimited. JK is not just a car/SUV, it's an ultimate toy for adult! Take the top off, doors off etc. It's simply fun! I wouldn't trade to any other car... except to another "Wrangler" when it gets old. I really love my JK!

Even though JK's been around for only a year, there are so many aftermarket parts available already... tube half doors, bikini tops, more than dozens of bumpers (front and rear), lift kits etc. It definitely drains your wallet though... I've already spent a bit too much! So be careful! WARNING: If you decide to get a JK and don't want to spend more for "unnecessary stuff", stay away from Project-JK / JK-Forum and other JK related forums/sites! Stay away from Quadratec, 4WD.com and other Jeep parts stores!

JK Unlimited has more cargo room, head room, leg room etc. We still own a KJ (my wife drives now), and I drove the KJ the other day (I haven't got inside of KJ for 2 month). It felt so small (especially the head room) and sit so low.

My wife loves JK as much as I do (as a passenger) but, she doesn't like to drive one (which is a good thing for me!). She says it feels too big and can't see much in the back... which is true (even the stock 32" tire block the most of the rear view). It's much harder to parallel park than KJ... especially with the soft top on (with dark tinted windows at night).

I love KJ too though - it took us a lot of places... many NF / NP 4x4 roads (to trailhead) in Olympic, Casacades and Sierra, Black Rock Desert, Death Valley etc. It's very reliable and tough... never had any problem with KJ. Hope that JK is as reliable /durable as KJ! Our JK is only about 2 mo. old (JK itself is about a year old), and reliability / durabilitiy is unclear... Will see...
